Financial Accountant

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a specialist medical technology organisation based in Oxford to recruit a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will receive a salary of up to £65,000 along with other attractive benefits including a 20% bonus, private medical and hybrid remote working!

This role would be suitable for an 'up and coming' accountant who is looking for progression or a more experienced accountant. The employer is open to both qualified or qualified by experience profiles.

Primary responsibilities;

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in trial balances.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support in cash flow forecasting and management.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

Key experience and attributes;

• Strong technical accountant
• ACCA/ACA Qualified or finalist. Would consider QBE
• Dynamic and inquisitive individual
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Eager to develop your finance career
