This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established family company based in Lincoln.My client is looking to recruit an Office Manager who has proven experience of working within a small team environment.
You will be working closely with and supporting the Directors in the smooth running of the company, responding to incoming enquiries, liaising with customers and suppliers, and managing other administrative tasks.
Essential experience:
Proven experience within a busy administrative role
Confident communications skills, both on the phone and face to face
Accurate written and IT skills
Ability to organise your workload productively
Follow procedures, but also make suggestions where relevant
Prompt timekeeper
Have integrity and take pride in your work
A motivated individual who is happy working on your own (some of the time)
My client needs an individual who wants to develop with their company, take on more responsibility and in the future, manage a small team.Training on their inhouse CRM and other industry specifics will be given.
Salary is £27,000pa - £30,000pa (pro rata for the PT role)
Hours are 09:00 17:00 M-F with flexibility.This role is also offered with part time hours as long as 10:00 15:00 M-F is covered.
