Customer Service Coordinator

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a 4 month temporary contract.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background within housebuilding, property management, or facilities management, along with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the database.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing documentation, and organising project timelines.
• Monitor service requests and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role within housebuilding, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer management software.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• £31,000 FTE
• Late start Monday and early finishes on a Friday!
• Hybrid working after training - 3 days in office, 2 from home.
