Are you ready to provide top-notch field-based support, exceeding customer expectations every step of the way? Look no further! We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and take charge of installation, maintenance, and repairs for our products and equipment.

Role Overview:

• Install, maintain, and validate equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly and effectively.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for maintenance contracts.

• Develop leads for potential business growth.

• Opportunity for career advancement within our service organisation or other areas of our business.

Requirements:

• Hold an HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific discipline.

• Hands-on experience in a laboratory or engineering environment preferred.

• Proficient in computer skills, able to write detailed reports.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Resourceful problem-solver with practical technical abilities.

• Self-motivated, independent worker with strong execution and organisational skills.
