Finance Business Partner

This business is well-established in the UK, renowned as an employer of choice. You will join a professional, team-orientated business with a high-performing culture. They have gone from strength to strength and are now seeking to appoint a qualified Finance Business Partner.
Your new role
You will business partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements, ensure information is accurately reflected and provide insight into financial management, future initiatives and strategic direction.
You will analyse data and provide insight and analysis that links financial reports to business strategies. You will continually improve reporting, business performance and business partnering. In addition, your role will involve the annual budget process and monthly forecasting from a financial perspective.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with an analytical mind. You will demonstrate broad financial skills but with an obvious commercial flair and a track record of developing financial control processes. You will have strong communication skills and business partnering experience to build and manage relationships.
