Are you a Pre-Assessment Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, is seeking a dedicated SeniorNurse to join their Pre-Assessment Department at a prestigious hospital in Harrow. As a SeniorNurse in the Pre-Assessment Department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction.
  • Promoting and safeguarding the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
  • Acting as an advocate for junior team members and deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse when needed.
  • Providing individualised patient care with excellent standards.
  • Upholding professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.

The ideal SeniorNurse candidate will have:

  • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
  • Valid NMC Registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of national best practice standards.
  • Basic workload and shift management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
  • 18 months post-registration experience.
