Who are we?
School ICT Resourcing is a specialist recruitment agency that supports over 2000schools in the UK. We are currently recruiting for temporary full and part-time School Business Managers to support our clients, in and around the Leeds area.

Who are you?
Successful candidates will have previous experience within a school office as a Business Manager. Ideally you will have experience of finance, personnel, health and safety, and HR.

What are your duties?

  • experience of financial management and budgetary planning and control
  • knowledge of personnel management and payroll
  • the ability to work on your own initiative as well as alongside senior leaders
  • excellent communication skills with all staff, parents, visitors, and pupils
  • an understanding of confidentiality
  • the ability to be calm and consistent under pressure

Our schools require various levels of support, ranging from 1 to 5 days per week. This role would be ideal for a retired Business Manager who still wants to stay active in the field but is looking for flexibility in terms of hours and days worked.

Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
