On site Recruitment coordinator

Teamwork Partnership are now recruiting for a onsite coordinator. This role will be based upon our client premises which is a food processing facility operating 7 days a week, providing the nation with fresh cut fruit, you will be working as part of a team to deliver client goals.

The ideal candidate will be:

Minimum of 1 years experience working on a FMCG site with a shop floor supervisory or coordinating role.

Working to targets

Be able to work on call out Rotas

To complete site management and candidates performance meetings.

Ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Highly organized

Self-motivated

Energetic, Proactive, passionate, and driven

Flexible

Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.

Fully competent with the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work well under pressure.

Driving licence and Own Car is essential for the role

The salary for this position is:

Onsite coordinator salary £24,000

28 holiday days per year
