Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Company - Leeds - Up to £38,000 plus overtime and good benefits
CBW have a new opportunity for a static electrical facilities engineer for a prestige site in Leeds City Centre. This position is working within the building services team for planned and reactive maintenance. This is a client facing role and a position that can also offer career development.
Hours of work:
Working hours are 40 hours 0800 -1700 Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation
- Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service LevelAgreements to meet KPIs.
- Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
- Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation
- Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.
To be considered:
An experiencedElectricalTechnicianworking to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
You will hold current qualifications to work as aElectricalengineer including;
- Completed a recognisedElectricalApprenticeship (preferable but not essential)
- City & GuildsElectricaldiscipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
- Conversant withElectrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's carried out in line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work
