Location: Cross College/Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3QD

Salary: £22,824 rising to £23,302 per annum (Professional Services Grade 4 & 4a)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

Safeguarding Administrator - The Role:

As a Safeguarding Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to ensure safety and protection within our community.

Safeguarding Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the coordination and administration of safeguarding activities

- Supporting the safeguarding team with essential administrative tasks

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies

- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders

Safeguarding Administrator - You:

To apply, you will hold:

- Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths or a willingness to work toward them

- A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge and experience

- Proven experience in administration

- Strong IT and Office 365 skills

- Ability to produce reports, statistical information, and PowerPoint presentations

- Clear, concise notetaking and minute writing skills

- Experience in record-keeping, data inputting, and providing timely reports

- Understanding and knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion

- Confidence, approachability, and strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a high level of organisation
