Role Overview:

We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Manager who will treat our kitchen like their own. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every order while fostering a positive work environment. The positions are available for permanent full-time workers only, who can work in evenings and on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small kitchen team and maintain a smooth workflow
• Create and manage team rotas
• Prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies/stock as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen management experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous kitchen experience necessary
• Passion for veganism and/or sustainability is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
