£32,974.29 plus Van, Power Tools, Company bonus Scheme and Overtime
(Plastering / Groundworks / Wet trade / Roofing)
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week
Were looking for a Multi Trade Operatives, with a wet trade bias who wants to make a difference and help deliver our purpose of warm, safe and affordable homes for our tenants.

- Overtime rate at £22.13

- A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry
- A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs
- A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- A wet trade bias such as plastering, ground work, painting, rendering, roof work
- A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety
- A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
- A willingness to undertake internal and external training courses to further develop your skills
- Is a people person with excellent customer service skills
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel to our homes in the Forrest of Dean area.
