MONDAY – THURSDAY 07:00 – 16:00

FRIDAY 07:00 – 12:00

£11.44 PER HOUR

People solutions are looking for Bench Hand Assemblers to work with our well-established client in Leeds.

This position is on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.

Overtime Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 06:30 – 16:30
• Friday - 06:30 – 16:00

After six weeks overtime will be paid at time £13.94 per hour

Day to Day Duties

• To effectively assemble timber products from drawings
• To effectively pack finished product ensuring that items are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage
• To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected
• To maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
• To ensure that you understand and comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to health and safety at work

Essential Skills

• General assembly experience
• Must be reasonably physically fit as manual handling involved
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work from drawings
• Experience in assembling timber components
• Worked within a similar environment i.e. Workshop Work
• Experience with nail guns
• Must be able to provide one work referee

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with timber products
