About The Role

Based at our Bristol vehicle storage site, you will be responsible for the day to day yard management of the site including unloading and loading vehicles many of which are accident damaged and then parking them within the site in a safe and efficient manner.

The role involves working with customers, our drivers and other automotive Companies who collect and drop off vehicles to our site.

Every day is different and we will teach you the skills you where you need to improve.

• Site maintenance and general upkeep
• Vehicle unloading, loading and parking
• Vehicle condition and checks and safe storage
• Keeping computer records of all vehicles held on site
• Working with Insurance Companies, repairers and other interested parties to release vehicles
• Basic vehicle upkeep and minor repairs

About You

• An enthusiastic hands on person, happy to work outside in all weathers.
• Great with customers and colleagues alike
• Confident to give instruction to others when required
• Able to multi task in a busy high pressure environment
• Great eye for detail and a desire to improve things on a daily basis.
• Basic IT skills.
• Fork lift licence holder preferred but not essential
• Driving licence held for a minimum of three years
• Ability to pass a DBS record check.

The job is a Monday to Friday role with an attractive salary depending on previous experience with optional Saturday morning overtime.
