£46,000 - £51,000 + Plenty of overtime

4 on 4 off shift pattern or Continental shift pattern

Large commercial site in EC postcode

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• BMS
• HVAC units
• All electrical systems on site
• UPS Systems
• Plant Rooms
• Generators

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical City & Guilds or equivalent
• 17th or 18th Edition
• 3-5 years Facilities Maintenance experience
