Job Description

Position Overview:They are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Plumbing Installer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial settings. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and more.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to plan and execute plumbing installations according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Ensure all plumbing work meets safety standards and complies with local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent system failures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+years of experience as a commercial plumbing installer or similar role.
  • Valid plumbing license/certification (if required by state/local regulations).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials used in commercial settings.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
