Plumber- Social Housing

Our client is seeking a experienced Plumber to join their team who's based in North London. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Plumbing with an NQV level 2/3

Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential, aswell as a full UK drivers license as this is a mobile role.

This is apermanent role,suited best for applicants who live within North London and are used to mobile work.

About the role:

You will work in and around North London as part of a team who are responsible for the upkeep and repairs as and when needed, this means you will deliver maintenance to residents and properties on a mobile basis. Company vehicle, fuel card can be arranged.

Duties include:

• Possessing a solid understanding of and ability to adhere to industry-recognised Health and Safety standards.
• Carrying out plumbing repairs, renewals, and minor maintenance tasks using your multi-trade skills.
• Collaborating with colleagues or contractors to complete complex work orders.
• Using a PDA to receive instructions and electronically update details of completed or pending tasks.
• Promptly communicating with Supervisors and schedulers when tasks cannot be completed during the first visit, providing detailed information for rescheduling.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK drivers license
• NVQ Level 2/3- Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Great communication/ customer service skills
• Superb standard of work
