Employment - Senior Associate / Partner - Cheltenham

A prestigious law firm are looking to expand their team at Senior Associate or Partner level in Cheltenham. The role on offer will be a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employees and employers. The team's client base ranges from corporate clients to high-net-worth individuals.

Therefore, the successful candidate should have strong drafting capabilities for both non-contentious and contentious work, as well as experience in conducting employment tribunal proceedings for both Respondents and Claimants. You should also be willing to contribute to business development initiatives and attend networking events where necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Qualified in England and Wales (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE.
• Confident in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to balance both team and independent working practices effectively.
