Corporate/Venture Capital Lawyer

We have direct instructions on an exciting new Corporate role with an international firm. This is a general Corporate role, with a strong focus on venture capital matters.

We will consider Lawyers with ideally between four and seven years' PQE, and a stable career record at highly-rated London or national firms or in-house. Solid technical experience in corporate law is a must, and relevant experience of clients in the technology sector is a strong advantage.
