Night Receptionist at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL)

The package

• £27,500 per annum
• £4 per day food allowance
• 28 days paid holiday (which increases with service)
• Flexible shifts

Hours

• 38 hours per week (excluding breaks)
• Shifts working 4 out of 7
• 10 hour shift

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, flexible and adaptable
• A team player, who works well with others
• Previous experience of the Guestline reservation system preferred but not essential

The role: Night Receptionist

To exceed the expectations of our members, visitors and guestsproviding a personalised, warm and friendly service prior, during and after their visit to ourClubhouse.

Under the direction of the Night Duty Managers, and within the limits of ROSLs policies and procedures your main role is to provide an informative and helpful service to members during their stay and to maintain the security of the club at night.
