Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
• Assist in the creation of daily menus and specials.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• A deep passion for cooking and a commitment to quality.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (due to the rural location).
