Customer Service Representative

My client based in Corby is looking for customer service representative.

X3 positions:
o1 x 37.5hrs Monday-Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday (starting between 0845-0945 Mon-Wed, and fixed shift 0700-1515 Sat-Sun)
o1 x 30hrs Monday-Friday (starting between 0700-0900)
o1 x 25hrs Monday-Friday (starting between 1145-1245)

-potential temp to perm
-opportunity to work hybrid after training

Main duties:
Customer service duties taking inbound enquiries
Email enquiries
Providing customer support via phone and email
Ensuring all enquiries are resolved effectively
Support sales team with small quotes

What we're looking for:
phone or face to face experience, ideally for a couple of years
Good telephone manner
Good written and verbal skills
Must be able to start on the 27th of August.
