We are looking for a Data Scientist to help pave the way for a new branch of Data Science within an already-established team and company. Work on high-impact, commercially driven machine learning models in the logistics and supply chain space, as part of a retail company!

ROLE:

• Working closely within a team, to design and build models across demand forecasting and supply chain optimisation
• You will collaborate closely with Engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
• Building data visualisation insights and reports, explaining the commercial impact and value of the technical work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders or clients
• Experience with customer/Pricing/logistics based modelling
• Understanding of transport, logistics or demand forecasting
