Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Channel and Partnership Business Development Representative to spearhead their growth and build a strong installer network.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage a dynamic portfolio of installers to market AI surveillance solutions to top retail clients.
• Focus on franchisees initially, with strategic sales to major accounts in a subsequent phase.
• Identify and on-board new integrators while maintaining direct relationships with key prospects.
• Drive and lead sales initiatives, ensuring exceptional performance of the installer portfolio.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to work with margins and enhance portfolio performance.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage partners effectively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, open to performance-based benefits (BSPCE).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in sales, especially in business development or account management specifically in Channel and Partnership Sales
• Exceptional skills in raising and managing sales activities, with a keen commercial sense.
• Experience as a Business Manager/Business Developer/Account Executive, adept in sales and understands how to lead a portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, open to performance-based benefits (BSPCE).
