Job Description

MONCLER is looking for an E-CONCESSIONS BUYER to join its dynamic Corporate EMEA Office team located in Paris.


Reporting to our E-concessions buying manager, the E-CONCESSIONS BUYER main responsibilities are:


- Support in OTB definition by partner, line and category, accordingly to Sales Forecast and targets

- Assist in deciding with the partner’s buying team online assortments, key investments, products depth and exclusivities, in order to maximize sales conforming to Moncler’s retail strategy

- Prepare and run weekly/monthly analysis, aimed at controlling main KPIs (Sales, ST%) and highlight actions to be taken (replenishment, increase online visibility) in order to maximize sales and reach seasonal goals

- Support the buying strategy through product focus & pushes in collaboration with the communication and digital marketing team

- Liaise with HQ Department and E-concessions teams in order to develop collaboration and a strong relationship


REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent proficiency in Excel

- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or E-merchandiser (Retail or Wholesale)

- You have excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail, a strong capacity for work and involvement even under pressure

- Able to interacts and collaborate with flexibility and diplomacy with the different stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Proactive, strong organizational, prioritization skills and adherence to tight deadlines

- You have an excellent product sense and a good knowledge of the luxury market

- Experience in e-commerce would be a great advantage for this role

- Fluent in English, fluency in Italian will be considered a plus
