Job Description

The City Manager Paris is responsible for managing and developing the commercial activities of our stores in Paris in accordance with the strategic guidelines set by head office. They are responsible for recruiting, organising, and developing the sales teams and for providing Management with relevant information on the performance of their territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES :


SALES :

· Ensure that all stores reflect the brand image, with high-quality product presentation and an exceptional customer experience.

· Develop commercial strategies to drive traffic in store, maximise profitability and achieve sales targets.

· Attract new customers and retain existing ones.

· Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company for all stores and implement actions to improve them.

· Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the brand's quality standards.

· Handle customer complaints appropriately and in line with brand standards.


OPERATIONS :

· Ensure efficient inventory management by enforcing internal procedures and limiting unknown markdowns.

· Ensure the correct implementation of cash collection and transfer procedures.

· Actively participate in the implementation of new IT tools or processes decided by head office and ensure their adoption by the store teams.

· Ensure the maintenance of stores in collaboration with head office departments.


MANAGEMENT :

· Work with the Human Resources teams to help recruit high-quality profiles for the various stores, within the budgets set by head office.

· Create a high-performance team by coordinating activities and maintaining the motivation and skills of members.

· Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and manage any disciplinary cases in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.

· Ensure professional development and continuous training of staff to keep them up to date.

· Foster a harmonious working environment.

· Prepare and implement staffing schedules, taking into account available resources and managing expected workload.

· Ensure effective internal communication within the team.



REQUIREMENTS :


· Degree in Business Management or related discipline

· Minimum 10 years retail working experience with multi-store or Flagship management acquired in the luxury/ high-end fashion environment

· Capability to drive for results and deliver excellence, being target-oriented and client focus

· Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate in our Brand

· Strong people management, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

· Able to prioritize task execution based on business needs

· Available, adaptable, with sense of service and strong problem-solving skills

· Full working proficiency in English while another language as Italian would be an advantage for this role

· Excellent command of Microsoft Office
