Senior Software Engineer (Backend) - PHP Symfony

About the role:

We are a fast-growing SaaS company with a mission to proactively manage exceptions through real-time data analysis. Our technical team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join us.

What We Are Looking For:

• Problem Solver: You are eager to tackle new challenges and deliver high-quality, tested code.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Design & Development: Enhance our architecture and develop new features using PHP Symfony.
• API & Optimization: Design scalable APIs and optimize for performance and availability.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment and deliver impactful solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for processes, APIs, and database schemas.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in software engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Proficient in PHP Symfony, relational and noSQL databases, message-broker systems, and CI implementation.
• Tools: Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, ElasticSearch.
• Approach: Pragmatic, prefers simple solutions, and aligns work with business objectives.
• Languages: Proficient in both French and English.
