Team IT Solutions, following on from the success of their current IT Apprentice, is on the lookout for the next trailblaser to join their ranks and soar within their team. This is an opportunity for you to embark on your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, guided and supported by IT Solutions. Get ready to evolve not just professionally but as a force in the tech world!

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Providing customer support through email, ticking system, helpdesk and phone conversations, remote support
• Assist with the installation and setup of hardware such as mobiles, laptops, and desktops
• Configure hardware and software correctly
• Use internal tools to identify and resolve issues
• Testing and troubleshooting a variety of hardware escalating issues when necessary

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary - £16,000
• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
• 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
• Full benefits package
• Table football in the office

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A natural passion for IT is essential
• Willingness to learn
• Good customer service skills
• A can-do attitude
• Grade 5/C in English & 4/C in Maths GCSE
