Nursery Manager - South East LondonJob Types: Permanent, Full-time Monday to FridayWorking hours: 40 hours working weekSalary: £40,000 - £45,000
THE ROLE Lead and develop The Nurtury Day Nursery & Pre-school and aim to consistently achieve an Ofsted ratingof OUTSTANDING. Provide inspiring leadership to a multi-disciplinary childcare setting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursery practitioners, parents and suppliers. Provide a safe and stimulating environment for both staff and children to promote learning. To develop the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes of staff members and provide continuousprofessional development opportunities. Sees potential in every aspect of the nursery - a solution focused attitude.
