Did you know that Skillsearch is an Employee Ownership Trust – that means the major shareholding in the business is held on behalf of the staff. Each person gets an equal share of profit distribution at the end of the financial year and would also benefit if the company agreed to any kind of sale further down the road.

On top of that we are in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and in the heart of the city. We offer all the usual extras (free breakfast, fruit, achiever lunches, early finish incentives etc.) and we carbon offset all our team through tree planting across the globe.
