NEWLY QUALIFIED - Employment Law NQ+ Solicitor Opportunity - Northampton - Legal 500 firm

About the Company:

I am recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 Law firm who are seeking a permanent, full-time Employment Solicitor to join their Northampton office.

Are you confident and able to work independently handling your own caseload through to completion?

About the Role:

Do you have experience in the following areas:

• Assisting with data protection compliance.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals.
• Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
• Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
• Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,

Requirements:

• Are you a qualified Solicitor ( PQE = NQ + )
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
