This role offers the chance to provide expert legal guidance on a broad range of commercial property matters while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering expert legal advice on various commercial property matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
• Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with current property laws and regulations.
• Liaising with external legal advisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Managing and mitigating legal risks associated with property transactions and operations.
• Assisting in resolving property disputes and handling litigation matters.
• Supporting the legal needs of various departments within the organisation.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Minimum 3 years (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property law, contracts, and real estate transactions.
• Proven experience in handling complex property transactions and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
