Chef de Partie

Ottolenghi Bicester Village celebrates unrushed, seasonal flavours. This is our newest restaurants and delis to join the family and we are now looking for experienced and skilful chefs to join our team.

As Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Bicester Village, you will be:

• Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Bicester Village, we treat each other as we do our guests
• Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen, delivering high quality dishes
• Maintaining and facilitating good communication between both BOH and FOH
• Supporting developing and designing menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghis concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

As Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Bicester Village, we will offer you:

• Up to £14.50 per hour
• Chefs uniform
• English language training (Basic, Intermediate and Business Levels)
