Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking a motivated and talented Performance Creative Specialist to join their team. This is a 12-month temporary position based in London.

As a Performance Creative Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver full pieces of multiple content creation and production projects. You will plan, produce, and edit creative content, as well as create compelling media presentations and production proposals that address the needs of diverse audiences.

In this role, you will be expected to brainstorm innovative techniques, tools, or solutions related to content pre-production, production, or post-production. You will also help improve our client's content creation and production infrastructure and processes, while defining content-related processes to team members.

To succeed in this position, you should have a foundational understanding of creative and media content creation, including design, development, writing, production, publishing, and operations processes. Demonstrable expertise in one of these areas is desirable.

Responsibilities under the direction of your Manager will also include building an inclusive culture, leading and producing content for projects of moderate to high complexity, and evaluating content to ensure alignment with creative and technical vision. You will also be responsible for developing production plans and strategies, building relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and other collaborators, and exercising sound judgement to uphold core values and promote diversity and inclusion.

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Analytical approach to project deliverables
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Understanding of digital media concepts
• Familiarity with the brand's business and products
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Strong project management skills
