Key Responsibilities:

As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations across the entire supply chain. You'll be responsible for:

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: From raw materials procurement to final product delivery, ensure seamless flow of goods.
• Demand Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with commercial teams to accurately forecast demand and develop production plans.
• Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, on-time deliveries, and sustainable practices.
• Logistics & Distribution: Optimize transport solutions to guarantee on-time delivery to customers, minimizing lead times and reducing costs.
• Inventory Control & Warehouse Management: Oversee stock levels, manage warehousing operations, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to enhance performance, reduce waste, and drive cost savings.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Risk Management: Proactively mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place for potential disruptions.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards and contribute to our sustainability goals, reducing our carbon footprint and embracing ethical sourcing practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver results.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), demand planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from suppliers to senior management.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities and responding to the needs of the business.
