Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - £100,000 salary - £125,000 salary

The Role

This award-winning practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of a number of developers, investors, retail occupiers, and private individuals offices.

Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate with 2-6 years PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of acquisitions, disposals and lettings as well as bank lending and re-financing.

The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.

The Candidate

• Commercial Real Estate Associate with 2-6 years post-qualification experience
• Must have a strong academic background
• Development experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for business development is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
