Job Description

Hays HR are currently supporting a Global business with the recruitment of a Reward Specialist on a permanent basis.


This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are managed in alignment with company policies and government regulations.


The position requires close collaboration with HR colleagues, external vendors, internal stakeholders, and employees to provide support and deliver clear information on all benefit-related matters.


Key Accountabilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement, and pension plans in various international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment options to new employees.

• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.

• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, as needed.

• Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment process.

• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.

• Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular reviews.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in the benefits systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service regarding benefits-related issues.

• Assist HR Business Partners in educating employees on benefit plan options, policy features, and enrollment procedures.


Required Qualification (Education/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience required.

• 3+ years of experience in reward/benefits role.

• International reward/benefits experience (desirable)

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse, global team.

• Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration software.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Additional language skills are a plus.
