Due to an increasing volume of work, they are looking for a Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge to provide practical solutions on and off site for a wide variety of clients.

The Role:

• Undertake condition surveys a prepare reports for a variety of purposes
• Write up specifications and schedules of work
• Provide design information to support our CAD technicians in preparing drawing packages

• Submitting Planning and Building Control Applications
• UK wide travel

The Person:

• Strong technical knowledge and building surveying experience, with a qualification in the built environment
• Full UK drivers license
