Project Manager - POS Systems Deployment - Hampshire - Permanent - £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum + Bonus

We need an experienced Project Manager with POS Systems experience for a retail technology solutions client based in Hampshire. You must be based in/local to Hampshire as you'll be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

They provide cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) systems that enhance their customer experience and streamline business operations.

You'll be leading their POS systems projects from inception to completion so this knowledge is ESSENTIAL and the focus on this role is relevant deployment experience.

As a Project Manager with POS systems experience, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple POS implementation projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer support, to ensure that their solutions meet the needs of their clients and are delivered on time and within budget.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all departments.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-standard POS systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Essential Experience: A strong level of project management experience, with a proven track record in POS systems implementation is essential.

Strong understanding of POS systems and retail technology. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

You must be based in/local to Hampshire as you'll be required to be in the office 3 days per week.
