Job Description
The London Borough of Enfield, Health & Adult Social Care Department seeks experienced Mental Health Social Workers & AMHP practitioners to fill vacancies in our fully integrated multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team's and centralised AMHP Service.
Please note the salary quoted above is inclusive of additional increments paid once registered with Enfield to practice as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP).
The Level 3 Social Worker starting salary until AMHP registered with Enfield is £42,840 - £48,060.
The salary range once registered as an AMHP with Enfield is £42,840 - £50,031.
In addition to this AMHP responsibilities also currently qualifies for a market factor supplement of £2,500.
The Home Treatment Team & Community Locality Teams Mental Health Social Work/AMHP position provides an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners to demonstrate creativity to make a real difference in vulnerable people's lives; and to influence and shape the practice of aspiring social workers through Practice Education/AYSE Program.

You will make full use of person-centred assessment skills, using strengths-based and enabling principals, demonstrate coordination and planning skills with a focus on prevention, recovery, wellbeing, and dignity outcomes.
