Are you a Building Surveyor or similar looking to join a fast expanding business that can offer consistent and reliable work, allowing you to have autonomy and flexibility over your workload?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who give you control of your own earning potential allowing you to take on multiple jobs a day if you wish to. This company carry out a range of surveys, from snagging reports on new properties to surveying historical Buildings.

In this role as a Self-Employed Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of surveying services across various projects within the residential sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a surveyor looking to manage their own workload while benefiting from the support and resources and of an established firm.

This role would suit someone who has a background in surveying level 2 and 3 buildings, has access to their own equipment including a telescopic drone or camera and a damp meter looking to work in a self-employed role within a company that can offer a consistent workload.

The Role

• Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments
• Preparing accurate reports, specifications, and schedules of condition
• Mixture of remote and onsite work

• Wants a Self-Employed role
• Has access to your own equipment
• Full UK license
