Telephone Operator

Telephone operator required to work as part of a small team on a rotating shift basis average of 30hrs a week.
Shifts;

• This would be a variety of early, mid and late shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

The role includes;

• Taking bookings by phone
• Answering emails and answering general enquiries.

Requirements;

• Applicants should have a good local knowledge
• Have good keyboard and admin skills
• Work well under pressure
• Be committed to customer service with good communication skills.

Experience preferred but not essential.
