Recruitment Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking for someone to join our office in Didcot as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. This role is newly created due to team expansion, and you will be pivotal in the recruitment process by finding and helping people into new job roles. It’s a fast-paced role and one minute you might be speaking to candidates on the phone about job opportunities, the next you could be congratulating them on their new job!

You would join our small and friendly Didcot team and would work alongside our Recruitment Consultants who are responsible for filling both temporary and permanent job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the team inbox and dealing with any enquiries.
• Searching for Candidates with skills and experience that matches that of the job vacancy.
• Conducting telephone calls to determine if they are a potential match.
• Arranging and conducting face-to-face or video interviews.
• Visiting Candidates in the workplace.

About you:

This role would suit someone that has strong administration skills, who loves talking to people and finding out what makes them tick and enjoys a success story when a Candidate gets their dream role.

Essential requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
