We're looking for a Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Harrods Beauty, Milton Keynes,. This is a 4 week opportunity starting 26th August 2024. You'll work Wednesday to Sunday with pre-booked appointments.

In this exciting role youll create unforgettable brand experiences and showcasing the latest features that will leave everyone excited about the Brand and their latest products. With your engaging personality, you'll bring excitement and joy to every customer interaction, influencing purchase decisions and building lasting brand loyalty.

PRODUCT EXPERTISE

Become a Shark Hair & Beauty product expert, mastering the product range to upsell effectively and educate customers on features and benefits that leave them with a deep appreciation of the brand

Showcase the latest product features and functionalities through engaging hands-on experiences.Stay current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and offer informed recommendations to customers.

CONTRIBUTE TO A FUN ATMOSPHERE

Bring excitement and enjoyment into the customer experience by creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere during product demonstrations.

DRIVE ENGAGEMENT

Enhance product visibility and drive sales by leveraging your engaging personality to influence purchase decisions and build brand loyalty. Foster meaningful relationships with shoppers and colleagues to maximise upselling opportunities. Additionally, develop relationships with in-store teams to engage customerseffectively andincrease sales opportunities

STORY TELLING

Deliver engaging experiences that resonate with diverse audiences by sharing your passion and knowledge of the brand and product range, sparking curiosity, and leaving a lasting impression. Confidently deliver hands-on demos tailored to individual customer requirements, showcasing the Shark Beauty products effectively.

FEEDBACK LOOP

Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve brand performance in store. Your input will be instrumental in refining our approach and ensuring continuous success

• Youre able to bring high energy and enthusiasm. We're looking for individuals who can create a memorable atmosphere wherever they go
• You're a hair stylist, able to offer bouncy blow dries, smooth and sleek styles using the latest Shark products
• Youre an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable striking up conversations with strangers and making them feel excited about our products
• You're passionate about haircare and beauty tech, a quick learner who can become a product expert
• Able to style hair using the latest technology to highlight features both on your own hair and the customers
• Youre able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach
• Youre someone with proven experience in delivering product demonstrations
• Youre able to demonstrate experience in retail and/or customer service
• Youre able to influence sales
• Youre able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
• Youre able to work well as part of a team

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Competitive Salary: £150 per day
• £15 daily bonus
