bpesearch is delighted to be representing this Yorkshire based B2B2C business selling premium products to industry professionals. As MD, you will be accountable and fully responsible for a multi-functional team of 30 and a turnover of c£10m. It will be your responsibility to set the strategic growth objectives and create a high-performance culture that leads to first-class customer development plans (new and existing), exceptional customer service and winning product launches.

An established and well-regarded business, our client is looking for an experienced business leader with a strong track record of commercial process improvement and people leadership. The successful candidate will be operating at a similar level already (Country Manager, GM, MD, CEO), managing a total business P&L and a leadership team covering Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Alongside business acumen and demonstrable evidence of profitable business growth, we are in search of a positive and engaging leader of people and culture with a background in sales.

The role will involve some hybrid working and UK travel, but to lead effectively, you will be expected to be in the Yorkshire office at least 3 days per week.
