Role – Head of CRM

Salary – up to £60,000

Location – Manchester

We are on the hunt for an experienced email marketing specialist, to take ownership of email campaigns for new and existing customers, with a focus on upselling, cross selling, and increasing brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• By developing audience focused marketing and communications plans and leading the execution of these
• A/B test email campaigns.
• Analyse email marketing performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all email campaigns are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely
• Manage consistency of brand and tone of voice in all marketing and communications materials

Requirements

• Proven track record of sucessfully running email campaigns
• Minimum 4 years’ experience
