Development Project Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Development Project Manager on an interim basis with my client in Manchester.

This is a 6-9 month temporary assignment with possibility of extenstion.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire lifecycle of new projects, from initial concept to completion.

Ensuring contracts are executed and managed effectively, including active participation in project meetings and site inspections.

Developing and monitoring financial projections to ensure projects align with budgetary constraints and strategic goals.

Providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members to keep them informed of project advancements.

Conduct feasibility studies and financial appraisals to evaluate the viability of potential projects.

Manage the process of acquiring land and property for new developments.

Day rate - negotiable with scope for outside IR35.
