The Role: They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative / Inside Sales Representative to join their growing internal sales team. As a Telesales / Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting prospects into qualified appointments and sales contracts.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Representative:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads, lists, marketing tools.
• Generate your own list from prospecting via tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Research, identify & target decision makers within an organisation.
• Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.

Requirements to be considered for the Telesales Representative role:

• Retail sales experienced

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
