Programme Manager - Supplychain/Logistics

Position:Programme Manager (SUPPLYCHAIN/LOGISTICS)

Location:Manchester

Salary:£85k base + bonus & package

We're delighted to be supporting our FTSE100 Retail client in the search for a Programme Manager to focus on developing the strategic roadmap for a 3-year multi-£m logistics, distribution and physical supply chain workstreams.

Role Overview:

This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation Office and will report directly into the Transformation Director. Youll support with strategic review and prioritisation of all their current business/technology workstreams across their physical logistics/DC/supply chain. Assess the required changes and develop a future op model and roadmap to support delivery of that plan. Youll work closely with senior operational directors and project teams to support the full delivery.

Experience Required:

• Extensive programme and project management experience in large, complex business(es)
• Previous experience in an Omnichannel Retail environment is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution and warehousing transformational change is required
• Experience in a matrix environment with dynamic resource allocation
