Payroll Consultant

Payroll Consultant - 3 month day rate - London - Hybrid - up to £250 per day*

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a retail company, who are seeking a Payroll Consultant. You will be assisting the current team with processing payrolls Germany & Italy. Experience of processing EMEA payroll is essential for this role. This individual will assist with the day to day running of the payrolls, alongside being an integral part of the implementation team.


The Payroll Consultant will have the following skills:

• Processing multiple monthly payrolls for Germany & Italy via Cloudpay
• Deliver payroll within agreed SLA's, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls
• Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
• Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:

• Experience of running EMEA payroll is essential, Germany & Italy would be desirable
• German, Italian or Swiss speaking is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Be service driven with a high attention to detail
